INSTRUMENTAL POWER
Develop Powerful Self-Concept. You have the opportunity to express: concerns for making change, and learn desire for techniques strategies our focus is gaining and implementing strategies that change self-concept.
You are the one who must reinforce changes in thinking and being. You cannot expect someone else to support your vision. Your mindset is the instrument of actions to change. ​

Session One: Build Confidence. Recognize success, develop strategies for combatting obstacles. Explore mindfulness and growth mindset – Recognizing self-sabotage and Imposter Syndrome.
Session Two: The Powerful Potential of Practicing Positive Self-Talk. Change Your Personal Narrative. Continue developing strategies to overcome obstacles.
Session Three: Recognize Mindset. Understand doubt as an outside intruder, not a
magnification of your potential.
Session Four: Measurable milestones reflect your growth. Feelings are not truth, nor are they a reflection of your potential. Find a space where developing discipline & routine are second nature, positive, planned, and actively propel you forward. Develop accountability strategies that highlight successes.
Session Five: Embrace Self-efficacy strategies. Recognize the role self-sabotage plays.
Session Six: Incorporate Daily Positive Reinforcement participate in community of like-minded individuals. Consider shifting or shutting down negative noise.

INFLUENTIAL POWER
Put Your Power Into Practice. Reinforce boundaries and implement specific strategies to overcome obstacles, self-sabotage, doubt and fear. Through implementation of Self-determination Theory, sessions highlight proven strategies for implementing lasting change. Clients free the mind of unhelpful thought patterns, including negative self-talk, building positive self-affect that fuels powerful, purposeful, decision making.
Week 1: Nourish the Soul. Continue to build your toolbox with affirmations, mentors, meditations, and positive elements from the world around you that highlight your strengths, bring breath and space for light and growth into your body, your consciousness, and your soul.

Week 2: Take Ownership and redefine what success looks like to YOU. Celebrate victories. Reinforce a positive connection between your humanness & imperfections.

Week 3: Recommit to your healing journey of replacing negative thoughts, doubt and feelings of not being good enough, with a recommitment to your vision for yourself. Daily: Take over the narration of your life. Use this reinforcement to combat unexpected challenges and obstacles.

Week 4: Explore the transformative power of movement. Grow in consciousness, redirecting positive energy through physical movement, rejecting negative self-talk & doubt.
Week 5: Invest in yourself: Decide to believe in yourself and do for yourself what you
do for others.

Week 6: Success. What does success look like going forward? What do you need, want, deserve?
Celebrate commitments. Embrace your evolution. Transition to new season. Decide on changes to make and changes to keep.
