TRUePOWR Wellness is born of heartbreak, reinvention and the need to build a new foundation after 50. When I tried building my life and making positive decisions I wished someone had been there to help encourage and guide me through self-doubt and self-sabotage, and my inability to prioritize my focus. 

 

This space has been created specifically to empower women with the tools to make positive changes, strengthening their minds, bodies, spiritual energy, and sense of fulfillment and success.

​​​I am not a licensed therapist. I am someone who has studied yoga for over 25 years, am an educator, and now as a Certified Behavioral Change Coach, have combined what I've learned through study and experience to create Truepowr Wellness. I am your coach, a resource.
